These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bliss Dating and provide information about the Bliss Dating service outlined below. By creating a Bliss account or by using the Bliss app, you agree to these terms.

  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Bliss Dating app, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
  2. Privacy and Data Protection Your privacy and data protection are critical to us. The information that you provide to us during the registration and any other interaction will be treated with confidentiality. For more detailed information, please see our Privacy Policy.
  3. Service Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Bliss and use the service. By creating an account and using the service, you represent and warrant that:
    • You can form a binding contract with Bliss.
    • You are not a person who is barred from using the service under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
    • We reserve the right to verify your identity to ensure compliance with age restrictions.
  1. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials you use to sign up for Bliss, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials.
  2. User Conduct You agree to use the service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
    • Using the service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms.
    • Using the service to harm, harass, or exploit any person.
    • Impersonating any person or entity, or post any images of another person without his or her permission.
    • Engaging in scams, spam, discriminatory practices, or disseminating sexual content.
  1. Content You are responsible for the content that you post on the Bliss platform, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
    • By posting content, you grant Bliss a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use your content.
  1. Limitation of Liability Bliss is not responsible for any of the following:
    • The behavior, actions, or data of users outside of the platform.
    • Losses, damages, claims, or expenses that you may incur as a result of unauthorized access to your user account resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
    • The accuracy, quality, content, or reliability of user-generated content.
    • Interruptions or cessation of service caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, service provider failures, software failures, or natural disasters.
    • Bliss is not liable for user actions, in-app interactions, or offline meetings that occur as a result of using our service.
  1. Reporting and Enforcement Bliss reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, suspend or terminate your account if you have misused the service or behaved in a way that Bliss regards as inappropriate or unlawful, including actions or communications that occur on or off the service.
  2. Termination You may deactivate your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions in “Settings.” We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe that you have breached these Terms.
  3. Changes to Terms and Conditions We may revise these Terms at any time as we see fit, and by using the app you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of the app.
  4. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, where Bliss Dating is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    • Refunds and Subscription Cancellations: Specific details on cancellation policies for paid users are included here.
    • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably by direct negotiation. Both parties shall make a good faith effort to settle any disagreements directly before resorting to any legal proceedings. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement through negotiation, they retain the right to pursue resolution through the courts.
    • Third-Party Services and Ads: We may use third-party services for analytics, ads, and functionality enhancements.
    • Emergency Situations and Legal Compliance: We may disclose user information if required by law enforcement or to prevent harm.
