Last updated: April 18, 2025

  1. Introduction

Bliss Dating is committed to safeguarding all users, with special emphasis on protecting minors from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This comprehensive policy outlines our robust measures against CSAE and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

  1. Definitions
  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Involves any action where a child is sexually abused or exploited for someone else’s advantage or gratification. This includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking for sexual purposes, and other forms of sexual abuse.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Refers to any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is strictly prohibited, and possession, production, or distribution is illegal.
  1. Comprehensive Standards Against CSAE

Bliss Dating upholds the following standards against CSAE, integrated directly into this policy:

  • Age Requirement: During the registration process, each user is required to provide their age. Only users who are 18 years old or older are permitted to use the app.
  • Random Checks: We periodically conduct random reviews of select user interactions to ensure compliance with our safety standards and to prevent any form of abuse or exploitation.
  1. In-App Reporting Mechanisms

Bliss Dating offers the following mechanisms for users to report CSAE or CSAM:
